What payment methods do you accept?

I can't place my order, can you help?
Of course! Please email service@favosport.com and we will be glad to help with your order.

Do I need to create an account to place an order?
The account is not required to complete an order. However, we recommend creating your account for easy and convenient management of your online orders.

I am not sure which size to get. Do you have a recommendation for me?
Unsure about which size to get? Keep in mind that our products are made from a fantastically stretchy material and acts as a second skin that is meant to be tight. Every woman has her own preference and we believe you should stay true to your body. If you prefer a tighter waist band, we suggest trying the smaller size. However if a looser fit suits you better, try out the bigger size.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not already shipped, we can generally change or cancel it. Please email to service@favosport.com and we will be happy to help make adjustments to your order. If your order has already shipped and you wish to return or exchange anything, please see our return policy.

Which Shipping options are available?
We offer standard and expedited shipping worldwide. For wholesale shipping we don't feature expedited options, please contact us if you want to order more than 100 items.

Can I use Po.box as the shipping address?
We don't accept PO.box(including FPO or APO) as the shipping address, because the Express(DHL/Fedex) can't delivery, we only accept the physical address as shipping address. However, you can use PO.box as billing address.

How long is the delivery time?
We offer FedEx, UPS, DHL and USPS shipping options, depending upon your location. Generally, the package will be deliveried with 3-5 business days in USA. 5-7days delivery in other countries.

Sizing or fitting Issues
As all of our items are hand-sewn and customized, the finished items may vary by approximately one inch in either direction of the specified measurements. To ensure it fit you perfectly, our tailors have reserved additional fabric in the seams to allow minor modifications. However, if you receive the item in a wrong size, please contact customer service to change.

How do I return something?
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days from the order date and have a return approval to be processed for refund. All returned items must be unwashed and with the original tags attached. You are responsible for return shipping charges.

When will I receive my refund?
Returns are processed within 48 hours of being received into our receiving warehouse. Your return tracking number is the best way to confirm your return has been successfully delivered to our warehouse.
